Multicultural by nature, I was born in Spain in ´75 from Argentinian parents. I studied and worked successfully there for the private sector, in international companies with administrative responsibilities, for 10 years.
In 2004, I realized that I didn’t mind being a workaholic, if that was going to help others, and joined Red Cross. I have worked for them 12 years now. Thanks to them, I had the opportunity to see in practice all the newest theories I had learned at University about human development and management, and I counted with the guidance and support of outstanding professionals throughout the process.
My live can be described as a succession of events that has defined me: accidents, missions, family matters, career change, job search, migration, multiculturalism, love, mobbing, recognition, wonderful friends …. It is clear for me that now is time to share what I learned with as many individuals as possible.

The legend of Naila is a beautiful one. The capacity of achieving an expected or desired result is a combination of several features and skills adapted to the circumstances.
